Opened in 2010, we specialize in residential, commercial and industrial property maintenance. We do the full spectrum of outside landscaping. Starting with spring cleanup and weekly visits for maintenance all season, then to fall cleanup. Snowplowing is provided for the winter as well as salting. We do summer contracts, winter contracts and one time jobs. From cutting the grass to trimming the hedges, all the work is done in a professional and courteous manner. The House is located in the lovely Toronto Hunt Club residential neighbourhood, on a quiet tree-lined street, near the intersection of Warden Avenue and Kingston Road. It is a short walk from the frequent bus service along Kingston Road and steps to a spectacular view of Lake Ontario. The House accommodates ten residents. Each resident has a private, self-furnished bed-sitting room with a sink and shares a three piece bathroom with another resident. There is a full elevator that services all three floors and there is wheelchair accessibility throughout the house and to the garden. The House features a bright spacious living room and dining room, extensive gardens and a sunny patio.

Able Tree Service was started in 1975 by Jim Cook, an ISA Certified Arborist and a member of ASCA (American Society of Consulting Arborists). Jim began his career with trees in the 1950?s and graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a Master's Degree in Forestry. He spent over 20 years working for the US Forest Service, and then decided it was time to use his expertise and knowledge of Forestry and start his own business and he opened Able Tree Service in Missoula, Montana.Jim's son, Martin (Marty), grew up with a passion for the business as well. In 1995 he began training with his father and learning the ropes. Martin became a partner which allowed Jim the opportunity to provide consulting and other services to their clients. In 2001, Beverly Cook took over the day-to-day operations in the office and also began learning the business. She graduated from the University of Montana College of Technology with a degree in Business Administration.
