I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! Received a telemarketing call and decided to try their service as I had been disappointed with previous companies I had used. The technician was 30 minutes late but I soon forgot about that as I was so happy with how informative and hard working he proved to be. Perfect service during which he even fixed a pilot problem at no extra charge and replaced my filter also. A few weeks later I hired another technician from Best to do my vent cleaning and I think this photo speaks for itself! Would definitely recommend these guys!

This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts.

Unbelievable customer service every time I have had any contact with any of the staff. I ordered a product from them that they had to have shipped in specially for me. I paid a deposit for it and then decided I didn’t need it after all. The product had already shipped but they still refunded me no questions asked.
