He managed the meat department of a local grocery store in Port Coquitlam, BC when I was growing up where I used to help him on Saturdays, cleaning up around the shop and putting fresh sawdust on the floors as was done in those days.

Dr. Russell moved back to White Rock, British Columbia in 1995 after spending 2 years in Kelowna, BC.
