Have had only miele appliances in my two houses for the past twenty five years.two dishwashers, two ranges, and two ovens. Have had no issues with the quality product. Also have a miele vacuum cleaner and the bags and filters. Sold our house and the dishwasher utensil tray clip snapped. 13 year old dishwasher and avenue ordered the parts and they were in a week. I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.

Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.
