We offer both a kids and an adult program. Children 4 and up are encouraged to come in and try a fun-fillled class of Kung Fu training.Recreational KickboxingParticipation in our recreational kickboxing program gives you a total body workout. Kickboxing in our sparring ring, on-going development of techniques, developing your endurance through bag work, complimented with the use of our weights ensures an all-round work out.
