Emmons Welding at 600 Justus Drive, Kingston, Ontario has been a family owned welding and fabricating shop since Gerald Emmons opened the doors in 1969. Still in the original 5000 Sq foot, steel building, providing many of the same quality welding services to this day. They also have portable welding rigs to perform offsite welding repairs including certified pipe and structural steel welding. They have a full line of heavy fabricating equipment including 1/2"x10ft plate shear, 175 Ton x 12ft plate bending press and 50 Ton structural iron worker, which allows them to fabricate a wide variety of components including tanks, hopper, duct work, buckets and structural columns and beams.
In 1949 Harold Mulder Started his career as a machinist in Boise Idaho and in 1967 Harold opened 'Mulder's Auto Machine Shop', in that same year his son, Steve Mulder, started working with him after school learning the trade inside and out, Then in 1971 after graduating from high school Steve Mulder came onboard as a full-time employee and shifted the business into high gear, Steve acquired the business from his father in 1984 and became the owner/manager of Mulder's Auto Machine Inc.
