Farid and his dad went far and beyond what was expected from them as they went out to take care of the broken front window of my daughter's student rental. They immediately addressed the situation, taking time from there lunch on a very busy day. They are extremely friendly and helpful - we couldn't have expected more! Checked 3 other stores for an ipod rechargable player that was on sale before Christmas and no one had one . One store checked the warehouse and said there was none available but Heather that works at that store was the only one to call and see when it would be in .She told me and i was able to get before Christmas.Bigger is not always better.
