A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. Have had a couple phones repaired by the same location and had a very good experience each time. Don't post reviews often but decided to here because I am a business owner as well and people like this person above give reviews with ludicrous expectations. What company would willingly let you go behind their counters to use their computer?? Go to a cafe or library and please don't waste others' time. If this is any indication of the expectation that person had, I can only imagine the rest.
