We provide pre: purchase, renovation, and demolition hazardous materials (hazmat) surveys and consultation to property owners, employers, contractors and property management groups. We inspect structures to identify hazardous materials (eg: asbestos, lead, etc), collect samples to be analysed by an accredited lab and provide detailed reports/inventories of existing hazardous materials.
