Major emphasis is given to breathing correctly with deep breathing from the stomach (hara). Goju-Ryu combines hard striking attacks with softer open hand circular techniques.
We apply the philosophies and teachings of traditional Korean martial arts, along with state of the art, modern self defence techniques to achieve total fitness of body and mind.
