I called Bison for help on the Sunday evening before thanksgiving. They had an actual technician answer the phone (not an answering service) and was willing to talk the situation through in case he didn't need to come out. I have a boiler, and lots of service people don't do boilers, but he didn't hesitate to assist me, patiently going through the options with me, in a way that I could understand.
