Facility MaintenanceThis comprehensive process generally involves several General Contractors who compete on a particular project, as defined by specific contract documents prepared by a Prime Design Consultant. The Prime Design Consultant is generally hired directly by the owner or client. Examples of these types of projects may include; Commercial, Industrial, Renovation, and Restoration servicing both public and private sectors. The Project Manager and Management Team coordinates all activities including acquisition of shop drawings and material samples, communications with the landlord, monitoring quality of workmanship and safety standards, initiating site inspections with engineers and governing bodies, coordinating commissioning of tenant equipment and deficiency resolution
