They lived up to their moto..limped in late with a leaking water pump on way to Alberta & pulling a trailer..went in next morning and owner was willing to take the job on no notice..got truck back early afternoon even though they were short handed and they found a further repair that was likely the cause of seal failure..price was reasonable for a professional job and they called first before proceeding with extra repair..got back ok with no further issues. My truck broke down while towing a 5th wheel through Barriere. After reading a couple of reviews on auto repair services in Kamloops I chose Reach. Luckiest thing that happened to me that day. Although busy they fit me in as soon as the tow-truck arrived. My problem was identified within minutes, a part ordered (from out of town), and installed the next morning.
