I'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor who is well-seasoned and highly trained in the field. I've been working with individuals and families for 30 years and have specializations in trauma-informed therapy, family issues, child behaviour, and Interpersonal Neurobiology, which is an understanding of how our brain and nervous system is impacted by relationships and relationship stress or trauma. My business was founded on the belief that we all have had stressful experiences in life, yet we all deserve to heal in a safe, therapeutic relationship. I have experience with almost every demographic and culture. Specifically, I am contracted with the First Nations Health Authority and Crime Victim Assistance Program. I have a particular interest in working with Indigenous people and victims of crime, violence, and injustice. My mission is to provide a wide range of services to a wide range of clientele and for these services to meet the therapeutic needs of each client I serve.
