If you want your vw fixed, then call this company. Otto knew what the problem was after spending more than $2000 at other places and gettting things done that were not the problem, I called Otto at Raybern motors, he got the car in and fixed it for hundreds of dollars less than anyone else quoted me. I was treated with respect and professionalism and was not given a peice of garbage work. He did the job thoroughly and did not send the car home until he felt it was fixed 100%. He was the first person I dealt with that knew what he was talking about. Not even VW itself could fix it properly, even after spending more than $2000 with them. I would trust him with my car anytime! thanks Otto, you are simply the best man for the job. I am happy that he did not simply look at my car for the money but for the passion of being a mechanic and doing a great job!

Went beyond expectations to ensure
my car is working at its best. Looked into things to see why it was acting up to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Would refer anyone to talk with Bruce in getting work done on their vehicle. Before any work is done they call, and give you all options to what is needed. The work is done within the timeframe they give you. Won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

We are extremely satisfied with service provided. Very professional body-shop, the communication was outstanding, we were kept in the loop with everything what was going on with car repair. Everything that has been promised was delivered on time. Everything was discussed upfront, with the whole process explanation (we were in the accident under insurance claim). The repair job was done perfectly, the vehicle was brought to the perfect condition as if accident never happened. General manager with the whole team is a pleasure to deal with.
