Tibetan Buddhist teachings are available and beneficial to us today, and can be learned and practiced by anyone.Karma Tashi Ling Kagyu Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Society (1986) was established by students of the Very Venerable Thrangu Rinpoche, a master of mahamudra meditation, great scholar and extraordinary teacher. Karma Tashi Ling serves to bring people of the Edmonton area together for Tibetan Buddhist practice and teaching. We encourage and welcome visitors to our centre for meditation, chanting, study and discussion, and to meet with our resident teacher, Ani Kunsang. Trained at Rinpochés Tara Abby, Kathmandu, Nepal, Ani Kunsang was selected by Thrangu Rinpoche to serve as teacher and spiritual mentor for Karma Tashi Ling. Her presence is very beneficial for all of us

Typically full and half-day tours may be available during the Summer, while half-day tours are run in the Fall, Winter and Spring when the Canyon is open. Tours vary from escorted tours of the rim drives to driving along the canyon's floors, or going by horseback. Some services offer overnight trips into the Canyons.
