When you are using our products, our work is not yet finished. For our shoe shine machines we have the extraordinary long guarantee period of 3 years. We confirm, that all spare parts, belonging to our shoe shine machines, are available for you within a period of 20 years after buying the machine so that it is always possible for you to buy new spare parts and replace the damaged parts within such a long period. For all other products we have a guarantee period of one year. During our guarantee period we will replace all spare parts without invoicing, which are damaged because of faults, which we have made during production. Faults, which occur because of improper handling, are not a case of our guarantee obligations.
