I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!

Excellent customer service. There is probably no store that wouldn't do mistakes, but these guys admit if they do any non-matching color or anything else that is not OK for customer, they always fix it for 100% result. I come in every other week and the staff are friendly and helpful. The product has gotten better over the last few yrs. I like coming into this location at west edmonton mall because they have the most selection. The only bad thing I would say is that there is sometimes not enough of the staff on hand to help.
