I am astounded by the previous review. I have had cleaners from the owners of this business for many years (under this name and under a previous business) and have always had hard-working people doing their very best to meet my needs at reasonable prices. I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. You won't find a flashy waiting room, just honest work at a fair price and good employees comfortable in their work environment. And yes, my '06 Civic is still running well.
