Richmond Centre has been at the heart of the Richmond community for many years.Prior to the land being developed as a shopping centre, the Brighouse Park Racetrack was located here. Horses raced until the late 1940's when the popularity shifted to another race track.By 1965, the land was developed by Richmond Square Ltd. and Richmond Square was opened. I've been buy my glasses from them since 2003. I know the original owner as I sold computers to him. The current owner is Wayne and he is very knowledgeable about eye wear. They sell both regular glasses as well as contact lens. They don't rush me and explains clearly to me the options I've and the advantage/disadvantage of each choice. I live in Vancouver and tried the optician near me. It constantly broke, they gave me a refund and I went back to Wayne. I learn my mistake and switched back.Read more
