Have surprise move that I have to do in 9 days and moving from a furnished to non furnished...in November.... during covid....with a disabled child.... was pretty stressed about getting a couch... especially since I needed to pick it up on a specific day. Staff was so very helpful....and I’m relieved to say I have one.... on a side note young woman who helped us was completely delightful... def made my very stressful day have a ray of sunshine.... Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
