Bella Mia was recommended to me by a friend, whose sister-in-law had her hair done there by Armando and spoke very highly of the salon.
I decided to get my hair cut (going from long to quite short) and went in to book an appointment. I was booked in with Harriet for the following Saturday. Harriet didn't want to cut my hair too short, seeing as it was a drastic difference and suggested leaving it a little longer, then if I decided, I could go back and have it shortened.
I did go back, and I have to say for someone who doesn't like going to the hairdresser that I will definitely go back. Harriet did such an amazing job on my hair and I love it more than I thought I ever would. She understood exactly what I wanted with the colour as well as the cut and it turned out perfectly. I am so thrilled to finally have had a positive experience with a hairdresser as well as the salon itself. The staff is courteous and friendly and I will recommend Bella Mia to anyone looking for a new salon.

I was frantic about finding the right salon to go to for waxing. Although i was not given an overview of what to expect,the process was very professional and reassuring every step of the way. Temmy washed her hands before she started and asked me to relax. She showed me what to do and immediately started the process. 20 minutes later we are done and the initial sting is significantly reduced.

I was very impressed with the consultation, it was very informative and there was no selling pressure. After three treatments, I see the results and I am very happy with my choice. Cosmo has cut my hair for 25 years. I have never had a bad cut. I now live in Blue Mountains and when I can I make the trip to Mississauga and Cosmo's Hair Designs at Winston Churchill and Dundas.To have a hair cut by Cosmo and my colour done by Doris it makes me feel wonderful.

The female owner is incredibly attentive, sweet and extremely detailed in her work. I was in an out of there under an hour after getting a pedicure and manicure. Incredible. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon if youre expecting flawless nails.

I made big mistake and had gone to a different cheap salon (I will not name them here) who fried and ruined my hair.
Sumans hands work like magic and fixed all of that at Hair and Beauty Plus; she fixed my hair cut, gave me a nourishing hair treatment and colour which shined. This took a long time but Suman had so much patience and was happy to help.
This is what a salon expert and customer service should look like! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Suman!
