Our appraiser was Dawn and she was very professional and prompt in her appraisals. She turned them around in 24 hours making for a very smooth and pleasant process between them, the bank and our builder. We recently moved into an apartment whose original owner was a heavy smoker. Faux wood blinds especially in the master bedroom were badly stained from cigarette smoke. Even the cords were brown from it. Ram Cleaners arrived, removed all our blinds, gagging when they took down the worst one. Two days later they returned with pristine blinds, all with snow white cords. Windows were washed and blinds rehung efficiently. Our two workers were very cooperative. We were also impressed with the price!

Great service! Very friendly and professional. I was able to boom the time and date that worked best for me. It wasn't a large service time window like other companies. It was a specific time and the technician called the day before and the day of to confirm. Only took 30 minutes to re-key all four locks on my home. I highly recommend this company.

My cell phone's touch screen was starting to go, and certain portions of the screen were no longer functional, emailed for a quote, and took it in.
