Cascade Gardens Cascade Gardens is owned by Jubilee Multi-Generational Housing Society. Park Place Seniors Living is contracted to manage Cascade Gardens on behalf of Jubilee Multi-Generational Housing Society. Jubilee Multi Generational Housing Society was incorporated under the BC Society Act in 2011 and is a registered charity. The society is inspired by timeless values of compassion, care for the vulnerable, respect for diversity, service to others, and the dignity of human life.
