Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and as a direct response, I purchased a dryer! Delivery and product was also excellent!

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. We were deciding on pc or mac, and ran into chris. he was quick to show us what made apple special, he matched our needs with our wants and found a great computer for us both. I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.
