Great breakfast/lunch place! Some of the servers could use more training in terms of habits (holding a glass or mug from the top therefore putting fingers on the rim), but always friendly and fast! Love my Jiffy Grill! And after 11 you can get a drink!

A couple of friends and I went in for dinner about a week ago. As soon as we sat down the waitress was over to take our drink orders. We all decided to get the special of roasted chicken with a mushroom sauce, it was absolutely to die for. The portions were large and potatoes and green beans were cooked to perfection.
For dessert we shared a pumpkin creme brulee between the three of us. It was so decadent.
Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant for someone who is looking for a great pub in Kingston

I got my nails done on NOVEMBER 9th and I still have all 10 and I am so shocked. I have never had a set of nails stay on this long. The staff were extremely friendly and I can’t wait to go back if these ever come off!

Although not currently a customer, the staff at Petrie Ford assisted me when my car had an issue and I couldn’t make it my own dealer. I passed on my appreciation to the Manager and was contacted quickly. From my experience, this is a very well run business with friendly, helpful staff.

This is the 3rd time in the past year we have used Bermuda limousine services for a special occasion and each time has been wonderful. The first two times were for a group pick up / drop off at a formal party with a return ride home. Each time the driver (different drivers for each trip) was prompt, patient and accommodating.
Today’s service was a scavenger-hunt style tour around Kingston for a birthday party. The kids loved it. Kendall was fantastic, very patient and kind.

Something is wrong with the people who gave this place a poor review. Go and taste for yourself! Atmosphere can be a little crowded and noisy, but depends on what time you go. Dinner is very quiet, while breakfast is louder. Busy restaurant = great food! It feels just like home when eating here, very friendly and service is A+. Server Kelly is especially excellent.

The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. We arrived in Kingston for a hockey tournament and searched for a restaurant that was able to accommodate a group of 40, half of which were kids. The owner together with his staff welcomed our team and did an amazing job. The kids had a great time, the service was the best we've seen from any east side Mario's, and they did a great job on the food. Hats off to the staff and the owner for going above and beyond! We'll be back for sure.
