Welcome to the John Howard Society of the Lower Mainland of BC.We assist people impacted by criminal justice so that they can reclaim their lives, making everyone safer.We also offer support and housing to individuals with developmental disabilities who are at risk of homelessness or involvement in the criminal justice system, and who may have concurrent issues of mental health or addictions.

Think Local First is an initiative of Shop Local Victori,a a non-profit society directed by a group of enthusiastic volunteers who are all local business owners in Greater Victoria.
