I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

I moved during bad weather and the owner (Mary) was in contact several times making sure all was safe for my goods and for her staff. I had some extremely heavy furniture to be moved to a third floor walk up. The gentlemen were careful with my belongings even though I could see it was a very arduous task. Decided to try a different taxi service after a less than satisfactory experience with a rival company. The driver arrived very quickly in under 5 minutes and drove me to my house fast and efficiently. It was even a cheaper fare than my previous experience with a rival company.
