I've never even heard of this place. Plus Ouderkirk sounds like a whitey. Four thumbs down for this one. I walked by this place and saw a cool hipster in strange coloured pants and a wool sweater take a photo of the window. For what reason I don't know.

Bonito Gold tuna flakes from Spoil the Dog Bakery - my cat LOVES them, and several health problems (no appetite, diarrhea) have disappeared since I started adding Bonito Gold to her food. She sings and dances for her dinner now, and is frisky as a kitten. This place also has outstanding customer service - when our local pet store ran out of Bonito Gold, Spoil The Dog Bakery personally ensured that my cat didn't have to go without. Best find in a long, long time.

Ouderkirk and Taylor. The name comes from the grand-parents on both sides of business owner, Mark Rodford's family. Grandpa Ouderkirk and Grandma Taylor. We are the Running Works, Guelph’s only independently owned and operated specialty run store.
We carry a variety of running and fitness gear, including shoes, clothing, nutrition, swim, electronics, and much more. We offer a variety of clinics to help you reach your running goals, from getting off the couch and falling in love with the sport, to finishing a marathon. We have a variety of open run groups that meet at the store during the week.
We pride ourselves on being the best, most knowledgeable running store in town. Our staff are runners and triathletes of varying abilities from our community, with a goal of helping you have a better fitness experience.
We will fit you better. When you come to us for shoes, our staff are trained to perform a gait analysis, along with asking questions about your running and walking, to narrow down the shoe wall and find the best fit for you.
