Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. Currently I'm doing renovations around my house. Got a bit overwhelmed about the mess and decided to call Rid Of It. The guys are super nice and accommodating. My husband was away and I didnt really understood their pricing. So once they guys saw the pile they pretty much did a breakdown of the charges and explained why the heaviness affected the price. Derek and Garrison were fast and efficient.They even swept before leaving. Strongly recommend this company.

we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.
