(see form 19)Candidates may appoint an agent, in writing to the Senior Election Officer. (see form 15)Candidates may appoint scrutineers, in writing. Maximum of 2 scrutineers for each poll. Scrutineer must be 18 years of age, and must take oath (see forms 16,17, and 18).
