My waiter Bianca was a dream and such a sweetheart. Ask her to teach you some words in Italian! The chefs truly take dedication and care into making great Italian dishes. Our absolute favourite for authentic italian. You know the restaurant is a gem when the local Italians eat there with their whole families (babies too!). As Marcello's is always packed, go early to get a seat (especially if your party is larger than 4) or expect to wait in line at least 30 minutes or longer. Service is prompt when seated and the lively atmosphere makes it very homey. The waiters are efficient, no-nonsense and definitely not snobby(as in other places), and they know the menus. On regular nights we share an appetizer, and dessert with our meals and we are stuffed!! The tirimisu is home made and heavenly; you could easily have seconds. I have been to other restaurants on College street, and quite honestly, at Marcello's the dishes are on par and above on quality. Combine the quality of food, with good portion sizes, very reasonable pricing, and you will see why Marcello's is always packed!!

Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!

I found Super Mario's last year and have visited a few times. IF you are looking for a nice dine-in experience, this is not the place. (Having said that, there is only one other pizzeria in town and they don't have any sit down service. Everything else, however, is great!
I met the owner, Mario, and he's a true blue (or should I say true green and red) Italian! You can taste Italy in every pizza pie made.
He has good staff, most of them high school students that really seem to know their jobs. Most of the time I order for myself and they have always been very efficient. I have picked up an order for a family meal and the family all liked it.
I don't eat pizza too often however when I have a craving for pizza, Super Mario's is it!
