Atlas yoga classes are open to all age groups and fitness levels. Since 1997, Denise has been offering comprehensive training and development programs for aspiring and existing teachers. Our integrated and holistic training programs offer a contemplative learning environment where you have the opportunity to continue training and discover the in-depth knowledge and experience needed to stand apart from the growing body of yoga instructors internationally.

After we finish our work on your property except for the fact that your trees and shrubs will look healthy, you will not be able to tell that we were even there. Our services include pruning, specialized health care such as fertilizing, root care, and disease & insect treatments. We also offer cabling and bracing, tree removal, stump grinding, utility line clearing and brush clearing, chipping, and mulching. Consultation and tree report services are also avaliable from certified Arborists.
