Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here.
