The owner i think his name is bob has been the only carpet cleaning i have called that has made me a happy customer. My carpets came out looking great!! I have had other companies charge me travel fees, stain removal fees, and tons of extra pressure sales. I have gotten my carpets cleaned for years now and every time I have ended up throwing their card away and looking up someone else the next time but cottage country carpet cleaning has their card on my fridge now and would highly recommend NO extra fees which is important to me watch out for hidden fees!
