Our dog Casper goes to Dragonluck Kennels in Stittsville once a week. He loves being able to run in 23 acres of land and plunge into a pond in the summer with all his doggie friends. He also loves all the attention he gets from the staff. He has boarded there with great success when we have gone away.

I got my hair done with Alicia this week. She was amazing (again, since I have gone to her before:). I left with an awesome pixy cut and she suggested getting a new colour which I love! I left with some business cards but will have to get some more from her because I gave them away the next day to 3 people who complimented my new hairdo! I have also seen Vange & Heather for my hair and Hilary & Alexis in Esthetics and they are all great!

The Ottawa Mindfulness Clinic provides eight week group symptom management programs to individuals suffering from a range of psychological and physical disorders. These disorders include Depression, Anxiety, Burnout and other Occupational Stress Injuries as well as chronic pain and other chronic physical disorders. Dr. Lynette Monteiro and Dr. Frank Musten are the co-directors of the clinic. They along with their senior teachers offer programs regularly throughout the year, As well they provide training to professionals aspiring to bring mindfulness skills to their professional practices. The Clinic also offers focused mindfulness training programs to public and private organizations that wish to include mindfulness training as part of their organization's Well-Being initiative.
