I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. I'm so grateful that this salon was able to help me....They are wonderful here and boy do they know how to cut and colour hair!!! I was so impressed on how they FIXED my hair. Just because they are in a small town means nothing they are totally up to the current styles. Just beware, I had to go here to get my hair fixed because of another local Richmond salon!!! Exceptional service, over the phone, and without any thought of charge! 2 days before Christmas and a warrantied stove became dysfunctional. Tried central service dispatch, but called Stittsville Home Appliances directly from YP, as they are an authorized rep. Mike solved my problem solved within 2 min. over the phone without hesitation.
