My boyfriend and I got off the plane, went here because it was recommened to us and they had room available at a decent cost...not only did they have a room which we could afford, but they upgraded to an apartment-style hotel (with a full kitchen) for no extra charge! Thank you. We loved our stay. The room was clean and the hotel is trying to be environmentally friendly, which I appreciate! The hotel puts a hold on your credit card just to ensure that you don't smoke in your room or steal towels (:-P), but it was uplifted as soon as we checked out.

I stayed here with my husband for the weekend after hearing about this from a friend. The hotel is on Government street which is the best shopping/tourist location, and is walking distance from the shops, the marina, the ferries and Chinatown. The hotel itself is a historic building from the old Victorian days, and as such its a bit dated however for the price and location I def think this is a hidden jem.
The restaurant attached to it is great too - if you love organic and tasty meals.
