She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Starts from the owners down, top-notch customer service, reasonable prices, and they do not forget about you once you make your purchase. Bought our hot tub 10 years ago and still getting great customer service, including in-house service almost immediately after requesting it. Highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a hot tub, spa, swimming pool, chemicals, or anything related, you give them a visit.
