Creighton's Taekwon-Do school was established in 1992 when a small group of students began practicing with acclaimed instuctor and international champian, Seymour Creighton. Since then, Creighton's Taekwon-Do has grown to more then 200 active members in two schools. At Creighton's Teakwon-Do School, we offer a well rounded fitness program, which inclydes aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility and resistance / strenght training, balance and coordination drills and proven self defence techniques.
