Lyncrest Airport is located on a 180 acre site with ample room to tie-down over a hundred aircraft and available space for hangars.Built in the early 1950's by Donald Paterson of Paterson Grain Company, several businesses operated from the field until the land was sold to the City of Winnipeg in the early 1970's.
