Pacific Rock and Concrete Design in Vancouver was established in 1993 by owner Dan Sheremeta. Dan believes that expertise, gained through experience and training, is one of the primary reasons for his company’s success. Prior to establishing Pacific Rock and Concrete Design, Dan worked with his brother Tom Sheremeta, for ten years, pouring and finishing concrete in the Okanagan. Along with several years of experience in the concrete industry, Dan has also been certified by the American Concrete Institute. The other members of the team have many years of concrete experience as well. In 1995, Pacific Rock and Concrete Design became an Increte licensed installer.

I, Gerry Leech, have lived here in 100 mile for nearly 10 years now. Leeton Excavating is my father's company that has been operating in the Fraser valley for over 25 years. I have expanded a Cariboo division of his company because of a demand I had seen. A common complaint from the locals I felt was they weren't being called back, or had contractors not showing up, leaving jobs unfinished. I've always been committed to finishing the job.
