Great!! Understood everything I was trying to tell her, since it was so confusing to me. Very sympathetic and she knows whats going on on both sides of the picture. Helped me with phone calls and kept her cool when met with frustrating government bureaucracy. Helped me fill in forms and now I'm receiving what was long overdue, thanks to Val's help.
