I've been going to A Natural Alternative for over 15 years. I started treatments with Ann Starr for a shoulder injury and have never gone anywhere else. Almost immediately the shoulder issues where better. Now I go for monthly massages with Ann or any of her qualified RMT's to combat stress, strains and aches. I used to order from this place all the time, but recently they've been messing up my orders and charging me extra every single time now. When I call them about it they're fine with delivering what they originally didn't send me but the past 4 times I have ordered from this location they've left out numerous things that I've ordered. I just ordered their vindaloo curry dinner, 2 vegetable samosa and 2 pops. All I got was curry, no rice, no samosa and no pop and I was still charged full price for everything. I called them and I'm currently awaiting the rest of my order but I'm definitely not ordering from them anymore. It's just becoming way too much of a hassle.
