I worked with Nord Alta on opening my living room up to my kitchen and put in a new kitchen floor. I needed to replace a non-working gas fireplace in my basement. I called 7 stores and visited 3 showrooms. In the end, I selected Hearth and Home. They were awesome! They explained things clearly and patiently (I knew nothing about fireplaces) and answered all my questions (even the silly ones). They made sensible recommendations. They had really creative ideas for the installation. They always showed up on time. They offered a great price. The installation was smooth and fast. 5-star.
