I would like give huge thanks to Beth Conrod at the Bridgewater Hearing Institute. She went above and beyond her regular duties. After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored.
