We have broken the sterotype of slow-paced, low-intensity fitness while integrating the most recent guidelines from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). All of our classes include an infant stimulation segment - a huge repertoire of music, rhymes, fingerplays, kneebouncers, parachute activities, bubbles, and so much more, offering an excellent opportunity to foster the parent-child bonding process.
