Excellent customer service! I bought a Makita gardening kit online and two weeks later they put it on sale, with quite big difference what I paid! I emailed them and they gave me a refund after a couple of hours. Very nice experience, they stands behind there promise. Definitely recommend them, not just because of this but for the prices too. Staff was great. Manager helped us with flooring and when there were no samples of the one I wanted, she opened a new box and gave me a plank to take home! Only complaint:aisles have too much stuff in them so manoeuvring carts around is hard and noise is way too high level, mostly staff doing shelves yelling to each other.

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.

Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)
