Gavin and Tom are great guys. Super hard working and funny. The tree I had taken down was in a tricky spot. My aboveground pool, my neighbours aboveground pool, and two fences surrounded the tree. Very little room to move around let alone take down a whole tree without damaging anything. Gavin was so calm and cool about the whole thing and put me at ease. He was able to take down the tree with precision. He calculated every cut and rigged all branches that would land in a pool or on a fence.

Our daughter wanted a Shopkins themed birthday party and not one Party store in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener or Waterloo had Shopkins themed party supplies! Victoria Party Store had some but not all of what we needed so the owner Bina Patel drove to Toronto to get everything we needed for party favours and decorations! Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.
