Good customer service at their new sales office on rideau. They took me up to the model unit at their newest building downtown, and it had better upgrades included than most of the other new condos I've seen downtown Ottawa so far... will probably buy one soon

Great food and friendly service. The restaurant itself could look a lot nicer if they had some renovations. If that changed, it would definitely get more people. It's great for work lunches or after work drinks.

I received very good service from the lady telly yesterday morning , Wednesday October 2.
I went to my RBC branch in Manotick to draw some US$ and $CAN from my accounts. When I got to the counter I realised that I had left my debit card at home.Your Teller said do not worry I can solve that problem and asked me for ID and pin number etc and saved me a trip home to get my card. It is always nice to get good service with a smile.
